Manage Your Team
Invite team members, assign roles, and control who can do what in your company
Overview
SentinMail supports team collaboration. Invite colleagues to your company and control what they can access with role-based permissions.
Invite a Team Member
Go to Team
Navigate to Team in the sidebar. You'll see two tabs: Members and Invitations.
Click Invite Member
Click the Invite button and fill in:
- Email address — the person's email
- Role — Admin, Member, or Viewer (see roles below)
They accept the invitation
The invitee receives an email with a link. Once they sign up (or log in if they already have an account), they accept the invitation and join your company.
Info
You can see all pending invitations in the Invitations tab. Invitations expire after a set period.
Roles & Permissions
| Role | What They Can Do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything — billing, delete company, manage all settings. One per company. |
| Admin | Manage members, templates, campaigns, settings. Cannot delete the company or manage billing. |
| Member | Create and manage their own templates, campaigns, and subscribers. Cannot change settings or manage the team. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to all company resources. Cannot create or modify anything. |

Change a Member's Role
On the Members tab, use the role dropdown next to any member to change their role. Only Owners and Admins can do this.
Warning
The Owner role cannot be changed or transferred through the dashboard. There is exactly one owner per company.
Remove a Member
Click the trash icon next to a member's name to remove them from the company. They'll lose access immediately but their user account remains intact — they can still access other companies they belong to.
